Just a little bit of information from the Royal Far West branch newsletter:
Royal Far West would like to sincerely thank all of you hard working volunteers for raising funds for country kids and I'm delighted to announce that collectively you have already raised $145,000 this financial year. What an achievement.
Annual report outcomes: In the last year Royal Far West supported 9,668 country children, parents, carers, educators and health professionals. Through multi-disciplinary services provided in our Centre for Country Kids, via Telecare into schools and homes and through community-based preograms.
You can see what a good job the Far West is doing to help country kids. That is what we are doing at our local Far West Op Shop, raising funds in support for the kids.
The Eugowra Ladies meet on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at the Eugowra Bowling Club for their afternoon of bingo. Play begins at 1pm. Feel free to join them.
The Royal Far West, as a precaution, has closed all Op Shops for four weeks. Also during this period they will not be accepting any children at all.
We closed on March 20 until further notice. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Bye for now.
