During the school holidays Central West Libraries asked school children to construct an iconic building - historic or modern -in the Central West from Lego.
They also asked everyone to send in a photo of their 'Lego Build' and a photo of the building that inspired them.
The winner in the 13 years plus category is Thomas Burton, of Forbes, for his Lego build Bates' Bridge.
That bridge, also known as the Lachlan Street Bridge, was named for John Holderness Bates, Central West Libraries said in their press releasing congratulating Thomas.
It was informally opened by J. H. Bates on the first day of the Forbes Show, August 26, 1919 and restored in 2011-2012.
Entries in the competition were judged by Orange City Council CEO David Waddell, Orange City Council Senior Planner Summer Commins, and the team at Source Architects.
The incredible range of creative entries that included Spilt Milk Gelato Bar, Millthorpe Train Station and Orange Regional Museum.
