They began last Saturday with a booked out super vaccine clinic where they administered some 188 vaccinations.
Forbes Medical Centre's Doctor Neal Somes said they have administered 3701 vaccines as of Monday afternoon, 1000 of which were the second dose.
The medical centre will be hosting more Saturday vaccination clinics, Dr Somes said, and they are considering undertaking vaccination clinics after hours on weekdays.
These clinics are taking place alongside vaccinations taking place in Forbes Medical Centre hours.
The biggest challenge they have faced is to find time to undertake an extra 3,700 extra consultations to administer covid vaccinations alongside their regular consultations, Dr Somes said.
Although they are expanding their vaccination schedule, Dr Somes said all vaccinations require a booking.
Dr Somes said the Covid vaccines that they have available include Pfizer and AstraZeneca.
Demand for vaccinations is so strong that Dr Somes said they are allocating the vaccines to patients as soon as they receiving them.
But their allocation is increasing and they are expecting to receive about 1400 more Pfizer vaccines in the next couple of weeks.
Dr Somes said they have been following the general guidelines for the vaccinations with people aged over 60 offered AstraZeneca, people aged between 40 to 59 offered Pfizer and those aged 18 to 39 eligible for Pfizer.
Although they have been following those guidelines, Dr Somes said there are some exceptions depending on circumstances and other factors such as underlying medical conditions.
Dr Somes said as it stands their target vaccination rate for their active patients aged over 40 is 90 percent, which will be 6300 vaccines.
They're one third of the way to having that cohort fully vaccinated so far and have fully vaccinated 1200 of their active patients already.
