Last month St John’s Anglican Church hosted a ladies’ dessert and coffee night for local girl Danielle Mason who was recently diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia.

The night was a success, with $1127 raised for Danielle and her family.
Around 65 ladies attended the evening and five local businesses displayed everything from jewellery, cosmetics, to books for the ladies to look at.
Co-organiser of the fundraiser Ruth Klingner wished to thank anyone that supported the event.
“The organisers of the...night would like to thank everyone who contributed in anyway to make the night a success, to those who came, helped set up and pack up, donated cakes etc to sell, donated desserts and the businesses who supported the night,” she said.
“And especially a really big thankyou to Rhonda Brain who spoke so well, straight from the heart on the night”.
