Due to the low attendance numbers, and the lack of nominations for the Board, at the Annual General Meeting which was held on Sunday July 24, this is a very real possibility.

There will be an extraordinary meeting at the Club on Saturday August 6 at 2pm to which all members and interested persons are urged to attend.

Under the rules and regulations of which the Bowling Club operates there has to be a Board of Management and a committee for the club to operate.

Consequently at this forthcoming meeting if there are not sufficient numbers for the board and the committee to form there is a real possibility that the club will cease to operate.

That would be a terrible outcome for Eugowra and residents.
