Our birthdays begin with Chinga’s Sister and Pentons Tiger turning another year older today (21st). Bingo Baby will be blowing out another candle on her cake on 22nd Feb. On Feb 24th we have Happy Smile’s Hannah, Marko’s Glenn and Glory Be hoping to receive lots of presents. Harvest May celebrates on Feb 25th. Bill’s Barry’s Mate and Nan’s Chick are turning another year older on Feb 26th. February 27th has Lynwoods’ Treasure and Coriander partying with their family and friends. Happy birthday everyone.
We have a cash donation from Hurko to acknowledge this week. Thanks. Thanks go to all other donations that we have received.
We have a pick-up and delivery service each Thursday morning. Call the Sunshine Club, 6851 4028, to make arrangements. Donations are required for our 76 piece linen parcel. Also gardening goods and items for our stocking later in the year.
We have three raffles on display in the Op-Shop window. We have an electrical parcel drawn 17 March. The handmade patchwork quilt drawn March 24th and an Easter Lunch drawn April 4th. All tickets are $1 each. Donations needed.
Bingo is held each second and fourth Monday of the month at the Forbes Services Memorial Club at 7pm. We had 28 players at our bingo on Feb 13th. Bubbley Beverley won the first hand, she also won the lucky door prize. Sharon won the night raffle and a large box of fruit and vegies.
Dianne won the first special hand and Fay Dwyer won the second one. Thanks go to the following for donations and help on the night-The Forbes Services Memorial Club, Lithgow Molly, Marko’s Mum, Fordies Rene, GLGD Felix, Dry Andrew’s Daughter, Cindy Lee’s Nana, Mushroom and Dianne.
Our next bingo night will be on Monday 27th Feb at 7pm at the FSMC.
The Eugowra Friends of the Sunshine Club hold their afternoon bingo’s on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 1:30pm at the Eugowra Bowling Club. The weekly charity cash bingo is on Saturdays at 2pm at the Services Club.
