Two Forbes men have been refused bail on charges relating to fire that destroyed hay sheds at Bedgerabong in January this year.

Adam Robert Johnson (29) of Brooke Street, Forbes, and Mathew Clive Amor (37) of Margaret Street, Forbes, appeared before Magistrate Philip Stewart in Parkes Local Court and Condobolin Local Court respectively this week.
They have both been charged with destroy or damage property in company by means of fire or explosives between 10pm on January 9 and 1am on January 10.
The charges are in relation to a fire which destroyed 4486 square bales of hay and hay sheds at Bedgerabong.
Amor also appeared on the charge of not police officer / special constable wear etc police uniform at Forbes on August 3.
Both were refused bail to appear on January 15, 2018.

In separate matters also heard in court this week, a Eugowra man was refused bail on firearms charges.
Peter Edwin Cowan (42) of Willbe Street, Eugowra, appeared before Magistrate Philip Stewart in Parkes Local Court on Monday, November 6.
Cowan is charged with possess unauthorised piston at Penrith on October 4, 2016, use carriage service to threaten to kill at Penrith between October 4 and 7, 2016, knowingly deal with proceeds of crime at Orange on October 6, 2016, manufacture pistol without licence/permit at Katoomba on October 27, 2016, and acquire etc pistol part - subject to firearms prohibition order at Eugowra on March 16, 2017.
He was arrested and charged by members of the State Crime Command fraud squad on Wednesday November 1.
Cowan will return to Parkes Local Court on Monday, December 4.
