This was attended by current members and also one of the Lions who guided the recharter process, Past District Governor Peter Perry and his wife Past District Governor Anne Jones OAM.
The anniversary dinner saw the presentation of 10-year membership Chevrons to existing Charter members and three others who have attained their 10 years since the Charter anniversary.
The night also saw the induction of a new member, Aidan Clarke.
The 10th birthday cake was cut by a gathering of the presidents who have held the role since 2008.
A photo show featuring some of our members and projects of the last decade brought back some good memories.
Lions continue to work to raise funds for the local and broader community, current president Graham Williams says.
Funds from the Lions across Australia poured into Forbes after the 2016 flooding, they are also now available for drought-affected farmers through the Lions Need for Feed program (online at needforfeed.org)
