Thieves took a Honda lawnmower, a set of Callaway golf clubs in a white bag, a Dyson vacuum cleaner and an Apple laptop while people were on site between 9pm and 9.30pm, a police spokesperson said.
The residents saw three males leaving the scene, two in a blue hatchback and one on foot.
Police are appealing for anyone who has information on this crime or who saw any suspicious activity, to contact them at the Forbes station on 6853 9999 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
