The first day of the three-day Parkes clinic reached capacity within a couple of hours and some people were turned away.
"Can I say thank you to everyone for seeking out that opportunity. I'm sorry we won't be able to see absolutely everyone that has lined up," Western NSW Local Health District chief executive Scott McLachlan said.
"But there are a lot of opportunities across all of our communities, between the GPs, Aboriginal Medical Services, vaccination clinics, respiratory clinics, please look at the vaccination eligibility checker.
"It's being updated every day with vaccination opportunities, particularly AstraZeneca, AstraZeneca is widely available. We know GPs and pharmacies in particular have appointments."
In Forbes, both pharmacies are now opening up appointments for AstraZeneca, and Forbes Medical Centre has started super Saturday vaccination days.
