Greetings from Gay Lady’s Granddaughter

Birthday list: Our congratulations go to the following Sunshiners having birthdays this week.

Today, September 27, we have Marko’s Mum’s Wayne and Marko’s Mum’s Ashlee turning another year older. Lulla and Skin are celebrating their birthdays on Sept 28. On 29^th Dilly Dot’s Mate, The Wizard’s Tinker Bell and Ashie Boy are hopinh to receive lots of presents. We hope that everyone has a great time on their birthdays. Happy birthday.

Donations: We would like to thank the generousity of the local people, for their donations to the Sunshine Club Op-Shop. Without your help we would not be able to raise the money we send to Manly each year. So thanks everyone.

Thanks go to Jeannie Booth for a cash donation, also to everyone who has donated to the Op-Shop and at our bingo nights. Thanks.

As usual we need western novels, if you have any that you finished reading could you please bring them into the Op-Shop so that other readers may enjoy them as well.

We need groceries for our Christmas basket of goodies, plus a frozen chicken. These can be left at the Op-Shop during business hours. Thanks.

Raffles: The picnic basket is due to be drawn on Friday October 14. 

The $500 set of 4 tyres, from Jelbart Tyre Power, will be drawn Wednesday 23 Nov. This prize is not redeemable for cash. The Christmas stocking will be drawn at our last bingo for 2016, December 12.

We still need groceries for our Christmas goodies raffle. Thanks.

Bingo: Bingo dates for October are Mondays 10 and 24. These begin at 7pm in the auditorium of the Forbes Services Memorial Club. Hope to see you there. 

Our cash bingo is held at 2pm every Saturday. This is also at the Services Memorial Club. The more players, the larger the cash prizes. Come join the fun.
